Joost is driven to find a solution to every challenge and use his enthusiasm to get people on board with it. He always looks for the combination of a clear vision and strategy with actual realization through a clear approach. Because of his broad experience, he is able to look across functions and departments and thus look integrally at a problem.
Outside of work, he spends his time with his young family, has a passion for fine food products such as beer and wine and has an active role within his tennis club both on and off the court. Joost studied Technical Business Administration at Eindhoven University of Technology and then worked for Capgemini Consulting in the field of Supply Chain and Procurement. He then went to work for Heineken where he held various commercial roles. He started as global category buyer marketing to then oversee the global rollout of cider in Asia and Europe. In his last role, he was responsible for Jumbo within soft drink supplier Vrumona.
