Your role at Gwynt

You have an important role in impactful strategy and business projects that you execute together with your colleagues at our clients.
You will use your financial knowledge and skills to arrive at a well-founded business strategy, prepare a realistic business case for a crucial investment or get to the bottom of a special management or restructuring project.

You know how to come up with creative solutions by combining your experience with the situation you find yourself in. For example, you draw up business plans, make (cash flow) forecasts and develop clear reports for our client. You will also make liquidity forecasts for capital providers.

You will additionally help build the continued growth of Gwynt. With your vision, network and enthusiasm, you enjoy developing existing and new clients.

What does your workday look like?

No two days are the same.
One day you are busy researching financial strategies for a company that is in difficult waters, the next day you are sitting around the table with the board of another company to spar about the strategic direction.
All with the goal of achieving lasting results and a healthy financial future for our client.

You have:

  • More than 5 years of experience within (business) controlling, commercial finance and financial reporting in leading companies within the food, retail or manufacturing industry
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising complex improvement projects
  • Experience consulting and contributing to strategy, business plans and business cases
  • Extensive experience in financial planning (forecasting), corporate finance, reporting and business processes and financial turnaround or restructuring
  • Experience with investment companies, venture capital and banks
  • A college-level education, preferably majoring in business economics, business administration or accountancy
  • Perhaps already have experience in consulting, or you have ambitions to develop consulting skills.

  • You can handle resistance well
  • You know how to position yourself well

An annual salary between €85,000 and €110,000 gross incl.
