Senior Business Associate with a passion for (discrete) Manufacturing in the manufacturing industry
We understand the dynamics of the family business like no other and combine our market knowledge with substantive expertise and change power. As a result, our clients achieve lasting results, growth and a culture of continuous improvement
The combination of hard (strategy, processes, content, project management) and soft (behavior, management, change management) is an important starting point. Our approach is pragmatic and is not limited to providing advice alone; achieving results is paramount. In some cases, this means our staff temporarily filling interim positions to accelerate the change process.
Your role
As a Senior Business Associate, you have a leading role in impactful transformation projects in the (high-tech) industry. You combine vision and market knowledge with substantive expertise and change power in the manufacturing supply chain. You are able to develop strategy and turn it into concrete plans. You can lead complex projects independently and have an active role in project, program and change management.
Within Gwynt, you are the trigger when it comes to discrete manufacturing and the (high-tech) manufacturing industry. You have a commercial drive, have a strong network and get energy from developing and converting opportunities at and for (potential) customers.
Transformation projects often start with a quick scan and it is important at this stage to get to the core quickly. You do this by means of pragmatic analyses, but also by connecting with the management and employees of our clients and drawing up a customized change program.
Over a period of several months, you will work with one or more work streams (e.g., Strategy, New Product Development & Technology, Operations, Supply Chain, Supplier Management, Portfolio Management) and build strong relationships with the company’s employees. One day you’ll be working with teams on the shop floor, the next you’ll be at the table with the board to spar about strategic direction, achieving lasting results and a culture of continuous improvement.
What do we expect from you?
It is important to us that you make an impact with our clients and that you fit in with our organization and our team. Teamwork, empathy, result-driven, analytical, people-oriented, pragmatic, ambitious and eager to learn are some of the aspects we value highly. In your daily actions, you are an example to others.
