Your role at Gwynt
You have an important role in impactful transformation projects that you execute together with your colleagues at our clients in the (high-tech) industry.
You help develop new strategy and translate this into concrete plans for the company.
You participate in complex projects and have an important (growing) role in project, program and change management.
Transformation projects often start with a quick scan and it is important at this stage to get to the core quickly. Your pragmatic analyses are crucial in this phase.
You also connect with the management and employees of our clients.
Together with your colleagues, you draw up a customized change program and use it to work at the client for a number of months.
So you work on one or more work streams, such as Strategy, New Product Development & Technology, Operations, Supply Chain, Supplier Management or Portfolio Management) and make sure that the plans are actually implemented at the customer’s site.

What does your workday look like?
No two days are the same.
One day you work with teams on the shop floor to achieve a culture of operational excellence, the next day you dive into Power BI to perform in-depth analyses of customer data.
All to achieve lasting results and a culture of continuous improvement at our client.
You have:
- approximately 3-5 years of experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, supplier management and/or technology & innovation
- Experience supporting complex strategic processes within the manufacturing industry
- extensive experience with data analysis, reporting and data visualization and it is an advantage if you have experience with data modeling and algorithms (data science)
- perhaps already have experience in consulting, or you have aspirations to develop consulting skills
- An academic level education; field of study preferably (technical) business administration, mechanical engineering or another relevant (technical) study

We offer an instructive work environment with excellent career opportunities and a competitive benefits package, including a lease car. An annual salary between €55,000 and 70,000 gross incl. vacation pay and a variable bonus.
