“At Gwynt there is a lot of knowledge and that with a relatively small team. We are informal towards each other and the threshold to seek each other out is low so that a lot of information is exchanged, sparring takes place and we provide each other with feedback. We do this in a professional and fun way. We also get plenty of opportunities to keep developing ourselves. This is reflected in the internal and external training courses on offer and coaching during projects. Personal development is central and I appreciate that. Moreover, we pay a lot of attention to team building. For example, we have regular team outings and the summer barbecue and Christmas dinner are recurring events.”
