Fred has been successful in various senior management positions at mid-sized international OEM companies within the automotive sector for the past 30 years. Before Gwynt, Fred was CEO of Hencon Holding, Operations Manager at a John Deere Factory and Technical Director at Aebi Schmidt Netherlands and member of the Board of Directors of the Aebi Schmidt Group. During his time here, Aebi Schmidt Nederland B.V. won the Smart Manufacturing Award from the Dutch Metal Union for successfully transforming the company from a from traditional hardware manufacturer to a provider of fully circular solutions with a servitization business model.

Fred is married with two grown daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys mountain biking, hiking and ice skating, and is also active as a supervisor/commissioner and board member at various (networking) organizations.
