From five brands to one strong identity: a family business ready for the future.
A leading Dutch player in water management, storage and control faced an important transition: from five separate brands to one powerful brand. This family business combines a rich history with a strong ambition for the future and focuses on custom and standard solutions in the higher, premium segment.
Together with management, MT and owners, we conducted a thorough business and operations analysis and established strategic frameworks and guiding principles. We worked out product-market combinations and market scenarios and designed a new organizational model including the competencies needed to be successful in the new organization.
The process resulted in a clear strategic direction and a roadmap to 2030, supported by all stakeholders. We also developed an organizational and change plan, provided insight into elements that must be added or developed for future success, and created a concrete program management structure with attention to employees and governance. With these foundations, the family business is ready to further strengthen its position in the market and grow sustainably.
