As a leading producer of snacks, this organization faced an ambitious challenge: to accelerate growth through acquisitions and international expansion. To achieve this ambition, a strategic program was launched to support professionalization in all relevant areas.
Together, we created an understanding of the international assortment, with a sharp focus on the core portfolio. Based on channel analysis and customer needs, market opportunities and new possibilities were identified. These insights formed the basis for targeted allocation by channel and segment. A concrete execution plan was then developed for each country and channel, including a commercial strategy to match local needs.
The result is an integrated portfolio vision that serves as a guide for commercial activation. In addition, we helped set up the commercial organization and provided temporary additional support to accelerate everything’s execution
