An international producer of smoothies, with a state-of-the-art plant operational for several years, wanted to embed performance management as a powerful tool for continuous improvement. This strategy is essential to ensure quality and cost structurally.

Together we designed a clear vision and structure for performance management and translated it into standardized training for different levels within the organization. Factory leaders were trained in the philosophy, structure and routines of performance management and received on-the-job coaching at crucial moments such as handovers, day starts and gemba walks, supported by the STOER method.

The result is a new standard for performance management and a strong increase in awareness, knowledge and skills. Factory leaders are intensively involved which has led to significant improvements in the effectiveness and efficiency of performance meetings.
