Productivity must go up. But how do you achieve that in a world full of uncertainties and shortages in almost everything?
Margins are under pressure. Cost prices continue to rise. Productivity lags. Good personnel are scarce.
The key to success is building a Culture of Excellence, in which:
- Best practices are secured in visual standards;
- Processes are digitized and automated as much as possible;
- Leaders inspire, motivate and develop;
- Decisions are made data-driven;
- Employees engaged in “getting a little better every day.
Culture of Excellence creates ownership, agility, motivation and retention of people, exactly what is needed now.
Want to know how to build, activate and embed this culture in your organization?

In this edition, we take you through the culture of continuous improvement. We give you the tools to take the first steps towards a culture of excellence yourself and our inspiring speakers share their stories.
- Roef van Duin, Managing Director VanLoon Convenience, Maitre and Bonfait, will take us through his experiences in culture of excellence.
- OEM’er Madern will take us through their journey to a culture of continuous improvement that will focus on engaging and activating all employees.
- Maarten van der Aa, Sales Director at HomeFashion Group, known for Leen Bakker and Kwantum will also be on our stage. His daily responsibility is to maximize motivation and performance of the teams in the stores, and on June 19 he will take us through how he handles that.
