An omnichannel retailer of tools and building materials for professional tradesmen was on the eve of its next phase of growth. With a strong network of physical stores and a fast-growing online channel, the organization operates in a competitive B2B market, in which digitization, customer loyalty and operational efficiency are increasingly determining sustainable growth.

Together with the MT and IT, we went through an intensive strategy process in a short period of time. In targeted work sessions, we brought focus to the most important growth drivers: omnichannel, customer loyalty and organizational effectiveness. The insights from these sessions were immediately translated into a supported strategic framework, with clear ambitions, concrete building blocks and enablers, aimed at a sharpened target group. This formed the basis for the 2026-2030 strategy, including a concrete detailed roadmap and KPI structure.

With a sharp segmentation based on Focus, Cultivate and Maintain, a concrete roadmap per pillar and clear KPIs, the organization now has the tools to steer in a targeted manner.
