ADKAR repr\u00e9sente cinq \u00e9tapes cruciales : <strong>Prise de conscience<\/strong> (conscience de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un changement), <strong>D\u00e9sir<\/strong>(volont\u00e9 de participer au changement), <strong>Connaissance<\/strong> (connaissance de la mani\u00e8re de changer), <strong>Capacit\u00e9<\/strong> (capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre le changement) et <strong>Renforcement<\/strong> (perp\u00e9tuer le changement).  <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;auteur souligne l&rsquo;importance de la gestion du changement, en particulier dans les entreprises familiales, o\u00f9 le changement est souvent d\u00e9licat en raison de l&rsquo;implication des membres de la famille. La gestion du changement permet de minimiser les perturbations, de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts et de concr\u00e9tiser plus rapidement les avantages du changement. Un changement r\u00e9ussi n\u00e9cessite une approche \u00e0 la fois technique et humaine, le mod\u00e8le ADKAR permettant de s&rsquo;assurer que la transition personnelle est aussi structur\u00e9e que la transition technique.  <\/p>\n<p>Au cours de l&rsquo;atelier, les participants se sont exerc\u00e9s sur une \u00e9tude de cas fictive dans laquelle une entreprise familiale, apr\u00e8s avoir nomm\u00e9 une nouvelle direction issue de la famille, souhaitait changer la culture et les valeurs de l&rsquo;entreprise. Les participants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 divis\u00e9s en groupes et ont travaill\u00e9 sur des interventions concr\u00e8tes pour chacune des cinq \u00e9tapes d&rsquo;ADKAR. Pour la <strong>prise de conscience<\/strong>, par exemple, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 de raconter l&rsquo;histoire de la famille et de cr\u00e9er une vision claire de l&rsquo;avenir. Pour le <strong>D\u00e9sir<\/strong>, des sessions d&rsquo;information et l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration de plans de d\u00e9veloppement personnel ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mentionn\u00e9es. Pour la <strong>connaissance<\/strong>, l&rsquo;accent a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sur la traduction des valeurs de l&rsquo;entreprise en valeurs personnelles et sur la narration. La <strong>capacit\u00e9<\/strong> comprend la formation et le coaching des cadres, et le <strong>renforcement<\/strong> se concentre sur la c\u00e9l\u00e9bration des r\u00e9ussites et le lien constant entre les projets et les valeurs de l&rsquo;entreprise.    <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;auteur conclut que le mod\u00e8le ADKAR fournit un cadre puissant pour naviguer dans des processus de changement complexes et charg\u00e9s d&rsquo;\u00e9motions, en particulier dans les entreprises familiales.
