Cependant, de nombreuses entreprises familiales fonctionnent de mani\u00e8re intuitive, sans objectifs pr\u00e9cis, ce qui peut entra\u00eener des probl\u00e8mes avec les grands clients qui attendent de la pr\u00e9visibilit\u00e9 et du professionnalisme.  <\/p>\n<p>La professionnalisation et la num\u00e9risation sont essentielles pour accro\u00eetre la productivit\u00e9, mais cela n\u00e9cessite souvent des changements dans la culture d&rsquo;entreprise. Les entreprises familiales doivent trouver un \u00e9quilibre entre la motivation des jeunes employ\u00e9s et celle des employ\u00e9s plus \u00e2g\u00e9s et exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s. Les jeunes veulent de la clart\u00e9, des opportunit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement et un travail qui a du sens, tandis que les employ\u00e9s plus \u00e2g\u00e9s s&rsquo;attachent souvent aux routines existantes et \u00e0 la loyaut\u00e9.  <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;article souligne le r\u00f4le des \u00e9motions sur le lieu de travail, o\u00f9 les \u00e9motions n\u00e9gatives telles que l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 peuvent nuire \u00e0 la productivit\u00e9.
