Les fortes \u00e9volutions du march\u00e9 et les investissements \u00e9mergents ont n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de fixer un cap pour les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir. En outre, la position d&rsquo;actionnaire dans une entreprise commune de transport de colis et les diff\u00e9rences de taille ont jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le important dans les d\u00e9cisions strat\u00e9giques.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Approche<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9laboration de la strat\u00e9gie a commenc\u00e9 par des entretiens approfondis avec le conseil d&rsquo;administration, le conseil de surveillance et d&rsquo;autres parties prenantes cl\u00e9s afin d&rsquo;obtenir une image claire des d\u00e9fis internes et externes. Nous avons \u00e9galement proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 une analyse financi\u00e8re d\u00e9taill\u00e9e, en mod\u00e9lisant les besoins d&rsquo;investissement et les analyses de rentabilit\u00e9 pour les dix prochaines ann\u00e9es. <\/p>\n<p>En outre, une analyse compl\u00e8te du march\u00e9 et de la concurrence a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e afin d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer la position de l&rsquo;entreprise sur un march\u00e9 en rapide \u00e9volution.
