\nLa croissance et l’\u00e9volution des conditions du march\u00e9 ont rendu n\u00e9cessaire la mise en place d’un nouveau mod\u00e8le op\u00e9rationnel d’entreprise (MOE) refl\u00e9tant \u00e0 la fois la strat\u00e9gie de l’entreprise et les valeurs familiales. Ce mod\u00e8le devait aider l’organisation \u00e0 fonctionner plus efficacement, \u00e0 mieux r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des clients multinationaux et \u00e0 se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 la croissance future. <\/p>\n

D\u00e9finition de la nouvelle nomenclature :<\/strong> des ateliers et des entretiens ont \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9s en collaboration avec le conseil d’administration et l’\u00e9quipe de direction. Ils ont pris en compte les valeurs familiales et la vision strat\u00e9gique de l’organisation. <\/li>\n
  2. \u00c9laboration d’un plan de transition :<\/strong> Pour r\u00e9ussir la transition vers le nouveau mod\u00e8le, un plan de transition d\u00e9taill\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9. Ce plan comprend les \u00e9tapes de mise en \u0153uvre, les responsabilit\u00e9s et les ressources n\u00e9cessaires. <\/li>\n
