Le passage \u00e0 une organisation omnicanale repose sur trois piliers principaux. Tout d’abord, le leadership pour que la transformation soit r\u00e9ellement propag\u00e9e et soutenue par l’organisation. Ensuite, la gestion des projets et des processus pour tout organiser autour du consommateur afin qu’il ne rencontre aucun obstacle, c’est-\u00e0-dire le c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0dur\u00a0\u00bb. Enfin, la gestion du changement pour donner \u00e0 tous les changements une place dans l’organisation et assurer la continuit\u00e9, c’est-\u00e0-dire le c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0doux\u00a0\u00bb. <\/p>\n

Les th\u00e8mes importants dont nous voulons discuter entre nous concernent principalement l’aspect organisationnel du changement (gestion de projet et de processus) et l’aspect humain du changement (gestion du changement). Comment assurer le soutien du changement vers une organisation omnicanale, quelles sont les phases du processus de changement et comment ancrer ce changement dans l’organisation. <\/p>\n

Nous voulons r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces questions avec les experts sur la base des \u00ab\u00a0meilleures pratiques\u00a0\u00bb ! Dans ce groupe de travail, nous ne discuterons donc pas, par exemple, du choix de la plateforme et de la configuration technique, mais plut\u00f4t de la maturit\u00e9 de l’organisation omnicanale. <\/p>\n

En bref : nous voulons explorer avec vous les d\u00e9fis et les facteurs de r\u00e9ussite pour mettre en place et transformer efficacement une organisation omnicanale.<\/p>\n
