It was important not only to develop this expertise but also to apply it immediately within existing customer relationships. <\/p>\n<p>Gwynt supported this client in establishing and embedding category management within the commercial organization. This began with filling the category management role on an interim basis and organizing periodic reviews and strategic sessions with key customers. In addition, we helped with product assortment, promotion, and shelf optimization, and developed a data-driven category strategy based on market, customer, and consumer data. We also supported the sales team in preparing for client meetings and set up dashboards based on NIQ data to make insights accessible and actionable.   <\/p>\n<p>The implementation of category management resulted in a strong, data-driven category vision that serves as the foundation for commercial growth. The organization gained better insight into category, product assortment, and market performance and was able to further strengthen its partnerships with strategic customers.
