Gwynt was asked to guide the full integration, thanks to our deep knowledge of the food sector, expertise in post merger Integration and functional areas, and the change power to bring people along in this transformation. We set up the integration program with a steering committee and workflows, monitored progress and synergy, and developed a culture integration approach to unify both companies.
