To achieve this ambition, a strategic program was launched to support professionalization in all relevant areas. <\/p>\n<p>Together, we created an understanding of the international assortment, with a sharp focus on the core portfolio. Based on channel analysis and customer needs, market opportunities and new possibilities were identified. These insights formed the basis for targeted allocation by channel and segment. A concrete execution plan was then developed for each country and channel, including a commercial strategy to match local needs.   <\/p>\n<p>The result is an integrated portfolio vision that serves as a guide for commercial activation.
