The demand for production increased, the market developed rapidly and the processes became more complex. In order to maintain and further expand its leading position, professionalization was necessary. This meant investing not only in new equipment, but also and especially in employee knowledge, skills and behavior. Onboarding, workplace training and education thus became central to the intended change.    <\/p>\n<p>The challenges were not few. Processes and systems did not sufficiently align, creating inefficiencies and causing employees to regularly lose time. Although training and education initiatives were already in place, they were not yet sufficiently embedded in daily work. The lack of clear responsibilities and unambiguous process steps made work complex and put pressure on output.   <\/p>\n<p>To break through this, Remia decided to partner with Gwynt and NESQ. Gwynt brought expertise in strategy and process improvement, NESQ focused on empowering people through onboarding and learning paths. Together with Remia, a blueprint was developed that aligned with the company&#8217;s vision and culture. A model area was then chosen where the approach was tested and refined in practice. Team leaders and operators were actively involved from the beginning, so that ownership and support grew from the shop floor. While Gwynt translated the strategy into concrete steps for improvement, NESQ took care of assurance through training and guidance. Remia contributed its substantive knowledge of the products and the market. This created an integrated approach that set both systems and people in motion.       <\/p>\n<p>The result was an organization more agile and efficient in responding to change without compromising on quality. Employees felt involved, gained confidence and experienced pleasure in their work. Ownership increased at all levels, ensuring that the change was sustainable.
