It does this together with its members and with its companies in the fields of light, climate, technology and substrate. Horticoops companies, including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lensli.com\/\">Lensli<\/a>, Horticoop Technical Services, Lumiforte and HortAmericas, are located at home and abroad.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Situation<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The substrate company Lensli, one of Horticoop&#8217;s largest holdings, needed a new strategy with future prospects. Lensli supplies substrates for professional horticulture, a hugely competitive and price-driven market.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Approach<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Together with the management team of Lensli and the Horticoop board of directors, a strategy was developed with growth and sustainability as common threads. All aspects of operations were included and described in a plan of action with concrete actions attached.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Results<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>A new perspective, distinctiveness and new energy in the organization through the plan, elaboration and implementation under the guidance of Gwynt.
