The continuous pressure on innovation, emergence of “sexy” start-ups, resource scarcity, sustainability initiatives and laws and regulations is leading many producers into a “perfect storm.” The challenge is how to positively transform the energy of the storm into acceleration and profitable growth. In essence, the question is how to deal as a producer with the increasing complexity resulting from these issues.
