Your role at Gwynt<\/h3>\n

As a Senior Business Associate you have a leading role in strategic projects for manufacturing companies active in the food chain or in the manufacturing industry. In food you can think of the production of raw materials, ingredients, private labels and brands. In manufacturing, you will focus on discrete production. Within this role, the emphasis will be on challenging strategic operational issues. This often involves projects aimed at improving and sustaining current performance or anticipating the future and\/or further (international) expansion. <\/p>\n

You combine up-to-date market knowledge with relevant content expertise and change power. As an experienced professional, you advise manufacturing companies through a sharp vision of their operational activities and roadmap for the coming years. This includes issues in the areas of operational excellence, supply chain and operations blueprint (with a view to capacity and flexibility), make-or-buy decisions, new technology (mechanization, robotization and AI) and sustainability. You will also take a leading role in supply chain management projects. For example, you will work on determining and translating a new strategy into concrete plans in areas such as logistics, network planning, S&OP and inventory control. <\/p>\n

So you will develop a clear and supported strategy together with and for our clients and convert it into concrete plans within operations. You lead complex projects independently, taking an active role in project, program and change management. You use your own analytical skills to develop and implement realistic and creative solution directions. <\/p>\n

A Senior Business Associate also helps build the continued growth of Gwynt. With your vision, network and enthusiasm, you enjoy developing existing and new clients. <\/p>\n
