You have an important role in impactful transformation projects that you execute together with your colleagues at our clients in the (high-tech) industry.
\nYou help develop new strategy and translate this into concrete plans for the company.
\nYou participate in complex projects and have an important (growing) role in project, program and change management. <\/p>\n

Transformation projects often start with a quick scan and it is important at this stage to get to the core quickly. Your pragmatic analyses are crucial in this phase.
\nYou also connect with the management and employees of our clients.
\nTogether with your colleagues, you draw up a customized change program and use it to work at the client for a number of months. <\/p>\n

So you work on one or more work streams, such as Strategy, New Product Development & Technology, Operations, Supply Chain, Supplier Management or Portfolio Management) and make sure that the plans are actually implemented at the customer’s site.<\/p>\n
