Your role at Gwynt<\/h3>\n

You have a leading role in impactful transformation projects that you execute with your colleagues at our clients in the manufacturing industry. You combine vision and market knowledge with substantive expertise and change power in the chain of manufacturing companies (OEMs and suppliers) to make the difference at our customers. You develop new strategies and translate them into business scenarios and cases and concrete (multi-year) plans. You lead multidisciplinary projects and have a leading role in project, program and change management. <\/p>\n

Transformation projects often start with a quick scan and it is important at this stage to get to the core quickly. You do this using pragmatic analyses, but also by connecting with our clients’ management and employees. Based on these analyses, you develop a customized program. <\/p>\n

Then, for several months, you will start working on program management or one or more work streams within the transformation project. In this way you will work together with the client and Gwynt specialists on themes such as Strategy, New Product Introductions, Development & Technology, Operations, Supply Chain, Operational Excellence, Servitization or Portfolio Management. You will achieve the agreed results and build strong relationships with our client’s employees. <\/p>\n
