Dutch family-owned retailer with international presence. The focus is to grow in a consolidating market through an “omnichannel strategy” and improve sales in current- and new stores, maybe even in new areas. The ambition is to become market leader in four important product groups within fashion.


Further growth requires an improved translation of the vision, core values and ambitions to the sales organization- and store operation of the retailer. This requires a sharpened organization of the sales department and a growth plan with broad support throughout the company.
Important themes within the growth plan are better customer focus, entrepreneurship, flexibility and scalability. Gwynt has been asked to make a proposal for support in determining the new sales organization and the development of the growth plan.


The Gwynt team started with a quick scan of the current strategy, sales organization and organizational- and meeting structures through interviews and a few workshops. We also looked at the long-term ambitions of the company and the management as a compass for the strategic refinement.


The Gwynt approach has resulted in an agile sales organization, with more ownership and a better division of work. The vision has also been translated into several necessary changes for the sales department, supplemented with concrete actions.
