Situation

As a result of a new and far-reaching commercial and operational integration of activities that would also become effective in a very short term, program management and specific project support for a number of sub-projects was needed.

Approach

Gwynt has established and formalised the program structure, including sub-projects, project leads, milestones, reporting templates and meeting structure. During the implementation, Gwynt supported the kick-off, steering committee and project leaders meetings by preparation, chairmanship and reporting. This is in addition to the overall monitoring of the implementation process, collaboration and progress to make sure intervention and escalation at bottlenecks took place if needed.

Results

Efficient implementation process because all stakeholders were continuously aligned and took ownership according to their responsibilities. Deployment of additional distribution capacity, ICT infrastructure and setup of a completely new commercial workflow and work processes.
