Maarten is a no-nonsense financial with a broad view, from strategy to operations. In strategy issues, he prefers to take on the role of challenger, someone who distinguishes the good ideas from the less good ones. Operationally, he also dives in deep to really work towards a tailor-made solution.

After studying Business Economics in Tilburg, Maarten has 20 years of experience in various Finance roles, mainly in the manufacturing industry.

Besides his family, Maarten spends his spare time on sports and he enjoys cooking. He also regularly visits concerts and festivals.
