Situation

The Supply Chain Planning team consists of about 70 people each with different individual ways-of-working. They want to define, implement and embed standard processes to increase scalability for future growth.

Gwynt supported with the definition and implementation of standardized processes and developed a training- and motivation program to embed the processes.

Approach

We have combined existing processes and Supply Chain Planning experience and knowledge to define and secured standardized processes. In order to achieve this we mapped the current situation and evaluated different individual processes.

A training program is developed to embed the processes. To increase teamwork and motivation within the team, motivating challenges were added to the program. Gwynt also supported with the creation of the content and coordination of trainings and challenges for 2022 and created a continuation plan for 2023 and further.

Results

Implementation of standardized processes leads to one best way of working within the Supply Chain Planning team.

Processes are embedded while teamwork, communication and enthusiasm within the team improved by motivating challenges and (skills) trainings in mixed groups.
